　　投稿发表的论文，其实没有特殊情况，作者并不愿意撤稿的，原因可以参考下sci期刊撤稿的严重性，但有时候不得不，就需要作者完成撤稿流程了，一是要写撤稿信，与期刊编辑沟通;二是收到撤稿通知函;三是再转投其他刊物。在没有收到撤稿通知函，就贸然投其他刊物，容易一稿多投。
