一、基本要求
1)准确和标准化。标题应准确反映论文的内容。作为论文的“标签”，标题既不能太空洞和普遍，也不能太麻烦，让人们不能得到明显的印象。
2)简明扼要。标题需要简短明了，尽量用最少的文字总结尽可能多的内容。标题最好不超过10~12个单词或100个英文字符(包括空间和标点符号)。如果能用一行文字表达，尽量不要用两行(两行以上可能会削弱读者的印象)。
3)层次清晰。题目要明确反映文章的具体内容和特点，明确研究工作的独特性，力求简洁有效，突出重点。
4）新颖独到
二、最佳形式:研究方法+研究对象+研究内容+研究类型
三、格式
*居中,尽量无标点
*数据采用阿拉伯数字且尽量不置于题首
*长标题需回行时注意词与词组的完整
*实义词大写,介词不大写
eg: Distracted Driving and Risk of Road Crashes among Novice and Experienced Drivers

2)Gerunds 动名词:常见于前瞻性文章,表明作者观点

3)Sentences 句子:通常用于基础研究,大多临床杂志不接受,可能误导病人

4)Interrogative 疑问句:用于社论、综述等,不适合研究类文章

5)Combination 结合:常用于表明观点

6)Subtitles 副标题:较常见,可指出研究设计类型、文章类型、研究目的和侧重点等。
